Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options across the USA:

  • FedEx 2-Day Shipping is the free shipping option on orders over $150.
  • PO BOX orders will be shipped using USPS. FedEx does not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
  • FedEx delivery time is calculated in business days (Monday-Friday). We only ship orders Monday-Friday.
  • Overnight orders placed on Friday will not be delivered on weekends.

Same day shipping applies for all orders received and paid for before 12:00PM EST on weekdays; these are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 12:00PM EST will be processed and shipped next day. During days of high order volume, your order may take up to 1-3 business days to ship.

Go Alpha Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier issues
  • Other factors beyond our control

Orders returned to sender due to customer error will incur a $5 reshipment fee.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Requests for returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. 
  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • Opened products are not eligible for refund or exchanges.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. (Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.)
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Route Shipping Protection

Route is an optional shipping protection add-on offered at checkout. If selected, your order is protected in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
How to file a claim
•You will receive a Route confirmation email after checkout.
•Click “File a Claim” in that email, or go to: claims.route.com
 

What Route Covers

Orders with Route Shipping Protection are eligible for support if your package:
•Is marked delivered but not received (potential theft)
•Is delayed or lost in transit
•Arrives damaged
 

How to File a Claim

If you purchased Route protection, you will receive a separate confirmation email from Route after checkout. That email includes a “File a Claim” button.
To start or track a claim at any time, visit: claims.route.com
Route handles all claims directly, so you don’t need to go through our support team first.
 

Important Notes

•Route protection is optional and can be added during checkout.
•Claims must be submitted through Route’s portal.
•Alpha Labs is not able to file claims on a customer’s behalf, but we’re always happy to help direct you to the right place.
